I logged a claim with Prime South Africa on Tuesday 14 Oct 2025, followed the link they sent to upload the photos of the damage and within 48hours my claim was approved
I logged a claim with Prime South Africa on Tuesday 14 Oct 2025, followed the link they sent to upload the photos of the damage and within 48hours my claim was approved. They even called me to explain the steps I needed to follow to ensure that my car's windscreen is fixed and if it needed to be replaced. I am overall happy about their service and would happily recommend it to other people💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼
