I lodged a claim for my car, my car is insured with it

I lodged a claim for my car, my car is insured with it. The date of the claim was 01 December 2023, my claim was processed by Bukhosi and I'm exceptionally grateful on how he has been handling my claim. My car has not been fixed yet but I'm happy with his service after waiting for a weak without correspondence the guy Bukhosi called me to verify some fact about the incident, after clarity he was able to proceed with my claim. The days we live in, we barely have service providers who goes all out to make sure customers are cared for and receive proper service especially on insurances. I'm very happy with how he has handled my case.
