I keep getting disappointed by this insurer! When my glass claim didn’t take long to get approved, I thought I would have a seamless process and experience. A week and 3 days later I’m still waiting. It took two days to get a response to a simple question. And I was rudely told by one of their consultants to go ponder and speak from an informed point!!! This experience has been absolutely horrible to say the least!! Needless to say I’m still driving around with a cracked windscreen 😔

21 Oct 2025, 11:42Hello Lerato L,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the delays and the interaction that left you feeling unheard and frustrated.
At Prime, we take pride in providing client service that is world-class. This post does not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide, and we regret that your experience fell short of our commitment to efficiency.
While OEM glass is made by the original manufacturer and matches your car’s factory specifications, alternative glass from our approved providers is equally safe, meets industry standards, and is installed by trained professionals. Both options are supported by Prime, and your safety is always our top priority.
We’ve noted your preference for OEM glass from Omoda, and while we don’t have a direct partnership with them, we’ve offered to reimburse 75% of the cost upon proof of payment and repairs. Our records confirm that your car has been booked in and the matter resolved.
Prime’s trusted network of service providers ensures quality repairs and efficient service, helping you get back on the road quickly and safely
Committed to resolving your concern with care.
Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team
