I just submitted my claim for a windscreen
I just submitted my claim for a windscreen. When I called the agent asked me if I would like a call back. And I said yes... I got a call back within minutes. After submitting my claim I was meant to send picture for proof of damage. But because I was busy with work I thought I would do it later. And hour after my first call I got a second call from Sumaya saying my claim has been approved. No need for me to lift any finger... Other than to get my car booked in for a fix. Amazing customer experience ?
