I haven’t lodged a claim yet so I’m not fami**** with their claims process yet. I am happy with the service I received when I had an issue with my policy, their consultants were attentive and made follow up to make sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I had different people call me but it felt like I was speaking to the same person every time which for me speaks to the standard of service they provide starting with their consultants.
