I have never had a problem with claims,the 2times I did claim..but with the 1st one of my car being fixed,they took forever with paying the repair garage and we had to stay without a car for about a month because we had to take back the courtesy car,so they basically took about 2months because of being delayed by payment. But as far as other services go..I'm happy with Prime.
