I have been with Prime for a years now. I must say their service level GENERALLY and particularly through my recent tramautic experience involving my car is IMPECCABLE. Their service consultant, Ms Andile is/was beyond professional. Very thorough, very patient, very clear in her articulation of the company policy and processes. Give Andile some BELLS!
