I have been with PMD 8 months now

I have been with PMD 8 months now. I have just lodged in my first clime, and the process was smooth. However, I'm just not happy with the sales person who first assisted when taking the insurance. The initial monthly quote was R1460 with car hire. Taking off the car hire dropped the installment to R1040. By default to me, it meant car hire was R420 monthly. So I took the R1040 option. Later when I am claiming, I come across news that infact courtesy car is R90 per month. Now I don't have a car whilst mine is being fixed, over a mere R90. He did not explain this to me. But overall, I'm happy with how the claim went, easily.
