I have an issue with logging in to my prime protect app so the lady who assisted me was willing to help me in such was that she even requested I delete the app and reinstall it while she is still on the line with me
I have an issue with logging in to my prime protect app so the lady who assisted me was willing to help me in such was that she even requested I delete the app and reinstall it while she is still on the line with me. She took me through the whole process of which at the end she ended up escalating the issue with the app. I will be waiting for her response of which she said it will be within 48 hours.
