I had to replace my rear back window but I didn't know how to claim from my PMD car Insurance as it was my very first time doing a claim. I spoke to the reception and explained my situation and I also explained it was my very first time that I'm doing a claim. The receptionist was so kind and said that there is no need to worry she will take care of everything and just like that she phoned me back telling me where I need to go to have my window fixed and everything was done within 48hrs thanks PMD
