I had one of the best conversation with Thandiwe Ndzabe and I loved her professionalism and communication skills. She went through the whole policy option without losing patience. She was very calm. I like that even though she was selling the insurance policy, she was communicating with me as if I were here family member. She is full of respect and good sense of humor. I would rate her 5/5.
