I had an excellent experience with PMD Insurance. I submitted my claim on the 7th and it was already approved by the 9th — such a quick turnaround! Communication was clear throughout the process. Freda was especially helpful from the very first interaction, and from there on, everyone I dealt with was supportive and professional. The entire claims process was seamless and very comforting. I was also pleasantly surprised that my excess is only around R20, as I haven’t claimed in over three years, and my premiums remain very affordable. I would highly recommend PMD Insurance any day.
