I had an accident last year in September and i called PMD to log a claim they answered and asked me some few questions about the accident,after answering the necessary questions they quickly send road assistance,firstly they made sure I get home safely cause it was later in the afternoon and secondly they arranged for my car to be towed to panelbeater and it did end there my claim went quick and smoothly I was getting an update about my status of my claim and my vehicle till the last day I was called to come and collect my car.I'm happy with the service I receive from PMD and I dont regret joining PMD family keep on giving us great service.
