I had a problem with my policy that was not deducted

I had a problem with my policy that was not deducted. After an extremely frustrating conversation the first time I phoned again. I can't remember the lady's name that helped me the second time. Extremely professional and friendly,she pointed out to me that the reference number for my payment was for the wrong car. She assisted me by phone to correct everything and then referred me to another gentleman that continued assisting me. Also very professional and friendly. But I believe if it wasn't for this lady pointing me in the right direction I still would have been in the dark. For her. Definitely 5 stars.
