I had a pleasant experience with a well mannered, professional and pleasant lady Lesego. She explained what had transpired eith my insurance and options available for reinstatement. She patiently answered all the questions I had. I do appreciate that she asked how I was as the call was after 16:00. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
