I had a mechanical breakdown yesterday afternoon , I called PMD to ask for assistance; they sent through a mechanic who told me what the issue was and said we needed to tow the car , I then proceeded to call my insurance and further request a tow truck and roadside assistance for someone to wait with me while I waited for the tow truck . I must say I received great customer service throughout the entire process , the consultants were extremely caring and the roadside assistance and tow truck that they sent me out came within the timeframe given. It was a stressful situation but PMD made it less stressful by taking care of the administrative process of everything. I am really pleased with how everything was handled !
