I had a great experience with Prime Meridian Direct today. I called to log a windscreen claim and the lady who assisted me was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. I was very happy after the call and really appreciated her excellent customer service.
