I had a bad experience I had an accident and then made a claim and my car was approved for repairs I was happy took my car to panel beaters thy even sent a message when my car will be complete ,when I called panel beaters to check if thy done they respond

I had a bad experience I had an accident and then made a claim and my car was approved for repairs I was happy took my car to panel beaters thy even sent a message when my car will be complete ,when I called panel beaters to check if thy done they responded that it has not been repaired due to unknown reasons .when I called the insurance they said they still deciding on writing off the car or taking it to other panel beaters. Nothing was communicated to me I had to call myself to find out what's happening. Nw they said it's a write off so they still waiting for the bank to send settlement letter I then call my bank to please send the settlement letter and they did but the payment did not occur ,so nw they still saying they waiting on the bank to sent the settlement letter I then called my bank and they sent an updated one but still no communication on pmd side I have been waiting for their call but they never called I am still paying for a car I don't drive its very stressful cause I used the car to go to work.
