I got accident on 16 April 2022, n I reported the accident to my insurance and they send a brick down on the 19 April to tow my car to nearest penal beater at Groblersdal

I got accident on 16 April 2022, n I reported the accident to my insurance and they send a brick down on the 19 April to tow my car to nearest penal beater at Groblersdal. So I'm always have to call them and do a follow up with then I'm speaking to different people n they telling different stories everyday. So on the 20 April 2022 they call me to tell me my it's repairable and they waiting for quotes from the penal beater. Again on the 23 April 2022 they call to let me know that my car it's a write off. Until now today no one is getting back to me to inform me what's going on with my car. They waiting for me to call them and when I'm calling them they telling lots of stories that I don't even understand. To I have to pay for my car installment as usual but I don't have a car. I got a very very bad service at Prime meridian direct.
