I don't know what i did to deserve this royal treatment 😢

I am truly grateful to Prime South Africa, for understanding when I didn't have funds to pay my premium because my employer decided to move my pay date without informing me. Instead of Prime saying I won't be covered for the period they told me move the debit date.
