I called this morning to log my claim, and the person who took my call was professional, and efficient. I think her name was Ria. She took down all the relevant details from me and logged my claim, I received an sms, I then sent my photos, and within a few hours I received the next call from Sumaya, confirming that the claim was logged successfully and approved. Very happy so far with the service and efficiency of PMD 👍
