I called them in the morning and spoke to Gugulethu. I needed to check if I'm covered by for windscreen as I have a crack on my car's windscreen. She immediately assisted me with the claim process and explained everything to me. A few hours later on the same day she called me back to let me know that my claim was approved with further instructions I need to follow for the replacement of my windscreen. Even the process thereafter was very simple and quick, in less than 5 minutes I was done. I'm now only waiting to know when I need to take my car in for fitment from the procurement team. I very nice experience I've had with PMD from inception and the agents there, are amazing and friendly, that's why I still even remember Gugulethu's name. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone any day. Thank you PMD🙂
