I called spoke to a lady by the name of Samkelisiwe ...who is very professional with and excellent telephone etiquette...she logged my claim and explained to me what's will happen next ..with a pleasant attitude...I will like to Commend her for her best customer service ..big ups girl ...keep up the good work Regards Mirela N Solame
