I called Prime South Africa today to enquire about reviewing my Insurance policy and asking to add my brother as one of the people that drive my vehicle. My call was answered in a timely manner and the agent that was assisting me was very helpful, kind and informative. They managed to assist me with two of my requests in a timely manner and even went further to ask me if I needed anything else or if I have any other questions.
