I called PMD to add my sister and my brother as regular drivers, and they were able to help me promptly in my language. The person who answered the phone did not have to transfer me to someone else for me to get assistance. The gentleman was respectful, and he addressed me professionally. At the end of the call, he sent me my updated policy document by e-mail.
