I called in requesting for proof of insurance and was very impressed with the kindness and the prompt response I received. The lady also checked my profile to see if everything was in order and I came to find out that I had outstanding car photos to submit that I had no clue of, this I believe has saved me a lot of frustration as it would’ve been a hurdle for me if I tried to claim. I am happy and satisfied with the service.
