I am very happy with the service and especially from the accident to the payout (approx 2,5 weeks) they were always keeping us up to date almost every 2nd day

I am very happy with the service and especially from the accident to the payout (approx 2,5 weeks) they were always keeping us up to date almost every 2nd day. Only reason i gave them a four star rating is that i feel that they should request all documents needed at once. For the price the service is excelent. Way to go Prime South Africa.
