I AM PMD CLIENT. THE LADY, I FORFOT HER NAME. SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND PATIENT WITH ME OVER THE PHONE. SHE WAS ABLE TO DELIVER AN EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WAS ABLE TO HELP ME. THE MANNER SHE APPROACHED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WAS AMAZED. I REALLY ENJOYED HER SERVICE.
