I am a new client of Prime South Africa, so far I love the service and the friendliness of their staff. I am a migratee from another insurance company, not only did PSA save me money from my previous insurance, but they also offered me more cover with less premiums. Moreover, the more months that go by that I remain claim free; they promised to reduce my excess until it reaches 0 (After 36 months of claim free) I like that. Now the gentleman by the name of Kgomotso just called me to follow up on my request for a call back. He was professional and very easy to talk to.
