HORRIBLE SERVICES-DELAY TACTICS!
I would like to express my disappointment in PMD.
I was referred by a friend, I did my research and everything appeared to be good with PMD. I was invoice in an accident around three weeks ago and i did submit all required information without any delays. I was advised that their turn around time would be a period of 15 WORKING DAYS (mind you, I was the one who kept on making follow ups in order to be provided with UPDATES.
Seeing that today Is the 14th day, I made follow up as im obviously under the impression that by the end of the day i would received some way forward.
I was firstly advised that they would need my tracking device trip log to verify where the accident took place which Is rather odd as that information was supposed to be obtained a while ago and not during the last days of their TURN AROUND TIME
I further wasted my airtime and went out of my way to request for the information from my tracking company even though i did not agree with their reasons for the delay.
I further contacted their offices today, in order to determine if the required information was received ,they did confirm and advised that i will need to undergo an interview again......this is rather FRUSTRATING as i had already had two interviews with them confirming what transpired on that particular day.
IT IS LITERALLY LIKE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR ANY EXCUSE TO NOT ASSIST THEIR CLIENTS!!! WORST PART MY TRACKER SHOWS THAT MY BATTERY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY CAR ON THE 17TH SEPTEMBER !
I am really not happy as I have been without my vehicle for the past three weeks i even referred some of my few friends, is this even worth it.
Im really frustrated of the type of services I’m receiving, it is rather SHOCKING COMPARED TO WHAT MY FAMILY MEMBERS EXPERINCE WITH THEIR INSURANCES! THEY ARE MORE HAPPIER.
