Horrible Service by PMD and NMS Polokwane
I had an accident on the 25th February 2023 and my claim was approved by PMD for my car to be repaired by NMS in Polokwane, and since then I have been waiting for my car to be fixed. The repairer keep telling me they are waiting for the parts and PMD keeps taking monthly premiums even when my car is not yet fixed. It's almost four months now and there is no progress on my car as they keep telling me they need to order more parts which they did not identify on their first assessment of my vehicle... I am sick and tired of PMD and NMS Polokwane of their excuses and poor service!!! This is the most horrible service I have recieved in my life.... I missed many opportunities because of not having a car. I can't attend meetings. I cant go where I want to go...I lost so much becuase of PMD and I still pay my premiums!!!
