Horrible Service
<p>I was insured by Prime Meridian. never missed a payment, never claimed before from them but the time came when I got involved in an accident, it was going to cost a lousy R18000 to fix. they never fixed my car, they kept on asking for bizarre documents, they never call you to give you updates, they never respond to your emails. in the end I fixed the car myself as it was too much effort to keep calling and calling for updates and instructed them to cancel the **** cover.</p> <p>I have never ever in my life come across an insurance company that would do anything and I mean anything to avoid paying out like PM. thank you for taking my money and zero service!!!</p>

I am still waiting for the email where I can send the documents to, I still haven't received anything !!!! what is your problem really ? why do you find it so hard to follow up on something and see it through ? why is delivery such a difficult thing for you as an organization ? why don't you call your clients when they need you the most? why do you ignore your clients and burry your heands in the sand? need I remind you that your clients are paying your salaries ?
