Horrible, disappointing distasteful
I was involved in an accident on the 27th of June and was told my claim would be done within 10-15 working days we going into a month and there’s been no response or contact from them instead I call them everyday and they failing to give me an answer every consultant has no idea what’s going on or is feeding me the underwriters nonsense story when I call the underwriters they have no knowledge of my claim within their system PMD needs to close down

25 Jul 2023, 09:36You denied for claim and said I didn’t follow solid barrier line?? so what was I suppose to do crash into the car in front of me where’s I could have tried and avoid it by overtaking?? make it make sense this is ********* whats the point of an accident??
