Highly *********** and poor service delivery.

This so called Prime SA, they made all sorts of promises and at the end do not want to honor those promises, how is a recently replaced shock absorber already on wear and tear?????? My car was severely damaged so much that if you were to repair it you had to get real accredited experts to bring it back to a usable and also preserve its value, I trusted this useless and disrespectful organization to realize that, in turn they went and selected the so called KALLIES PANEL BEATERS to make matters worse, the whole car rattles like a snake, when it rains water goes into the car and accumulates, the impact was at the rear side of the car, both shocks were reclaimed from a s****ped vehicle and now they make noise as you drive, at one point 1 of the shocks came off as I was driving and nearly caused me an accident which could've included multiple vehicles, the damn car is just not safe and that draws down on the pleasure of owning the car because it has been devalued, they carry on protecting the panel beating company leaving me looking like a pro Bono client. On my previous collection the car came back with an engine light on the cluster, now the car has a hard start.

I asked them from the beginning, is the car worth fixing guy, by just looking at the damage on the car you'd realize that it was very risky to repair because in the same event you would want to save costs by buying cheap 2nd hand parts and additionally cut and join the vehicle as it was extremely damaged, they forced the fix, now it is return job after return job, that becomes costly for me as I have to over spend as I travel back and forth, if you come across an adverti*****t of their product it's in your best interest to refrain from doing business with Prime SA.

I am now left hitch hiking to get to the work place during these heavy rains, if you don't get to work late you will get there soaked up😟

 Hello Ramudzuli R,

Thank you for your post. We understand how frustrating this experience has been for you, and we regret that the repairs to your vehicle have not met your expectations.

It should be comforting to know that we have service-level agreements with SAMBRA-approved panel beaters to ensure that all accident-related damage on our client's vehicles is repaired at a high quality.

Our internal Market Conduct Department will contact you to provide you with more clarity on the post-repair process.

We are pleased to re-confirm that unlike with many other insurers, with Prime, the excess payable when you claim under comprehensive cover reduces to absolute zero in a remarkably short period.

We are assuring you of our continued endeavors on your behalf.

Kind Regards,
The Prime SA Team

Prime SA is a perfect example why we end up driving our cars without insurance simply because you serve bare minimum and abuse clients with empty promises and disregard of our assets, and furthermore go to the extremes of protecting the repairer from a distance.

I dropped off my car for a full 7 days for your panel beater to fix deviances noted, for them to tell me they couldn't fix anything because they don't know how to, then why is the business accredited if they don't know how to do the accredited work??????
My car is now worth nothing and rattles like it has been on the road for 50 years.

And you still want to boost about a reducing access, well I don't care about the access disappearing or being enlarged, and these service level agreements with SAMBRA mean nothing to me, you deliver nothing but bare minimum, you aim to save money at my property's cost which won't happen with me unfortunately.

I need to go deep with you guys until something gives
