Hi there, so I requested a call back from PMD after I was trying to get a quote online and a very lovely lady by the name of Thabile Shabangu gave me a call back and I must say that her service was absolutely remarkable she went me through the benefits and kind of covers I might sign up for and quotes as well she was very patient with me and all the questions I was asking as I am a first time driver and it's also my first time getting a car insurance she properly explained everything I didn't understand and she was exceptional with a very great work ethic as I had ask her to call me back as I was doing quotes with other insurers and I needed to compare she called me back with hesitating and offered me discounts and I was sold I decided to PMD as my car insurance ☺️and I am happy
