Helpless, betrayed and cheated
I had an accident, PMD told me they are going to take the car for investigations, while I was in hospital they were calling me wanting this and that by GOD'S grace I managed to send everything they wanted unfortunately they didn't pay out, ok. They told me to go get my car at the storage and pay the storage fee, while they are the one's who said they are taking the car for investigations now I have to pay I'm not even back at work still dealing with injuries, I feel betrayed by them.

22 Jan 2024, 19:38I do understand that, when you took the car for investigations you did know that my policy was not yet active and it was your investigation so all I'm asking to pay for the storage because you're the one took the car to do your job, if you made a mistake about that please kindly fix it.
