Hello 👋 So, today I had to contact Prime South Africa for a confirmation of insurance letter. I had the opportunity of speaking to the most friendliest consultant that assisted me in this regard. While speaking to this consultant, and before saying goodbye, I was asked if there was anything else she could assist me with and I have received my confirmation of insurance letter within minutes. I must say, I have been with Prime South African for quite some time and not once have I had any issues with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.
