My personal opion and thought about my claim. Firstly a big thank you to prime meridian for approving my claim on my Audi. Appreciation is alot. I had one issue and that was the time that the claim took to be finalized. I read that it is a problem with prime meridian BUT, I also heard from a reliable source that they are working on the problem to implement new systems etc to speed up the claim process. I will stay with them to be my insurance house on my vehicle as the service was always friendly and helpful, especially Madelein, my consultant who handled my claim. She was helpful and considered the entire time. Thank you
