Happy client who is disappointed with only the issue of the retail value of the car.

I've had Prime for more than three years & I've never had an issue but recently I had a claim & they said my car is written off (uneconomical to repair), now my question is what is a fuss about giving me the retail value of my car because I believe once the car is written off you had already evaluated it's retail value price based on your reasoning?

I've sent every document requested but you failing to give me the retail value of the car.

I'm a happy client with your service please urgently assist me with my request.

Hello Sivuyile J,

Thank you for your feedback and for your continuous faith in us. We truly value your continued support and are sorry to hear about your recent experience.

At Prime, we use bespoke systems designed to provide instant access to the most up-to-date car values. These systems are integrated with the TransUnion Auto Dealers Guide, a trusted and independent industry resource, ensuring that our valuations are fair, accurate, and market-related. It’s important to note that the initial retail value is based on the car details provided at the time of purchase. This is not the final value. Before we can proceed with the payout, we must verify the car’s details against the National Traffic Information System (NaTIS). This verification step is crucial to ensure the accuracy of the valuation and to safeguard against underpayments, ensuring you receive the full amount you’re entitled to.

We understand that you’ve submitted all the requested documents, and your questions have since been answered.

Why worry about premium hikes? Prime offers fixed premiums for 24 months while you remain claim-free, giving you one less thing to stress about.

Committed to resolving your concern with care.

Kind regards,
The Prime SA Team
