I am very happy with the service I received from Mnqobi Mbonambi, he was friendly, patient and efficient, and answered all my questions clearly. Even though I told him that I've been insured with PMD before, he still explained every detail of the benefits like it was my first time and he told me that there are added benefits and a few changes I might want to know.
