Had a chat with Teriletso(apologies if I butchered your name), a calm, patient and friendly soul. I ran out of airtime, and got caught in a meeting straight after, forgetting to get back to them with my query. And just a few minutes later she returns my call 🥹 Not only did she return it, she done so politely and professionally excusing the late return due to nature of events beyond her control and still asssited me with a smile on her face with both my policies. Give the lady her flowers for her professional courtesy and may she be recognised for this as these are the individuals that great businesses are built upon.
