Greetings, within 30 minutes of my email to them, I received what I was looking for. Really, it's a pleasure to have a high standard customer service, each time I interact with them I was never disappointed. To be a pensioner having to use a smart phone is not easy and you find the person on the other side not interested in your challenge.
