Great service from desktop technician Prudence D
Took out a comprehensive policy in June and car got written off in December in accident.Although it was Dec and most suppliers were closed for feedback i had the greatest experience and service with technical agent Prudence Dyofile who assisted me all the way through the processing of my claim and went the extra mile! I have walked away a happy customer through her care for clients. Will def be taking out another policy with PMD because of her.
