Good customer service Bad insurance company
They have the best customer service until you submit a claim They will go out of their way to reject your claim Worst insurance company

These replies are automated and you don’t really care about your customers
All these customers who are giving you five star reviews should just wait until they have to claim then they will see your true colours
You reject every claim
Your service is great but when it comes to paying then you reject the claims
I believe that the reason why your premiums are so affordable is because you don’t have the money to pay out claims
I people can see you for what you really are
You won’t be around in the next five to 10 years because people will start seeing you for what you really are
I still can’t believe that you’ve rejected a simple claim that want even going to cost you a thousand rand
You are a cheap skate insurance company
