Good customer service

I would like to nominate Rodney as the employee of the month for an exceptional service he rendered while his colleague had failed to assist regarding towing service. I would like PMD to reward Rodney as per the company reward policy for the service I received on the 29th of November 2020 when I wanted towing services. His customer service is what makes us as the client want to stay and be loyal to the organisation. I hope his colleagues learn from him and enhance the image of the organisation and excellent customer service. I would also appreciate if I can be informed if he was really rewarded for his diligent customer service.
