Good customer service
I had a great interaction with Gordon Rikhotso and Martha Mathibe regarding a PMD product, they were very professional, understood their product and exceptionally patient. Best customer service. I even took additional Value added benefit as I understood what and why I needed to ensure the content. I feel like with PMD I'm in good hands". I felt Valued and enjoyed taking insurance.
