<p>I recently logged a claim with Prime Meridian Direct for my car and I was assigned to Alicia Greyling as a technician for my claim. She was very helpfull in explaining all the processess needed and kept me up date with all the necessary information I needed timeously . It was truly difficult at first however she was always professional, provided feedback in all the necessary information I needed for the claim.
