God will judge you harshly

I was involved in an accident with a PMD client who was drunk and made a U-Turn on a national road while I was coming towards him, long story short he submitted a claim to his insurance, PMD, and I also instituted a 3rd party claim CL***, PMD declined the claim of their client and also declined my 3rd party claim, for reasons unknown to me, all they said was they declined the main claim therefore the 3rd party claim also falls away, what does them declining their clients claim have to do with me? At the time of the accident their client was fully insured with them and whatever happend after the fact is none of my business, Get ready to dance in court!!!

Dear Yamkela M,

We appreciate your post alerting us to your dissatisfaction regarding the outcome of your third party claim.

We often find that it is due to the absence of insurance or a high excess charged at a Third Party's own Insurer that causes them to claim elsewhere.

PMD prides itself in promptly paying all valid claims. In terms of our policy terms and conditions, a third-party claim qualifies for benefits when the base claim is approved.

It will no doubt interest you that PMD has introduced an innovative comprehensive product which has a unique reduce-to-zero excess!

Kind regards,
The PMD Team
