Frustrating to the core
CL***, I joined this insurance based on reviews as i believe service delivery to all client as key as all clients do say, But i got involved in an accident do you understand how Frustrating that is, 24 and Couple of hours after submitting a claim you're the one that has to follow up all the time, I honestly don't know what you get rated on?
