Frustrating and disappointing service

Its been 1 month and 2 weeks since I submitted my claim and i still have not gotten an answer as to whether my claim is being approved or not. You seem to forget that this car is sitting in a storage without moving, so many things could get damaged especially my battery. Now from the disappointing reviews I’ve read, should this happen you wont pay for it. You guys asked for documents and I’ve submitted them within 24 hours of request but when i ask for feedback as to how far my claim is, no one responds. The lady I’ve been dealing with, Madelain, has decided to keep quiet now. Im heavily pregnant with no car at the moment and anything could happen at anytime and PMD is so relaxed about my car. What kind of customer service is this? If you cannot help me then please let me know so that i see what to do instead of this silent treatment im getting. THIS IS VEEY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!
